The Weaving unit has 67 shuttle-less Sulzer looms. The installation of these looms is supported by modern yarn preparation equipment, making them comparable with the finest quality yarn preparation equipment anywhere in the world. Cutting department comprises of experienced cutting masters, so that the cutting is as per requirement. We have a cutting department staff to carry out effective inspection.The inspectors carry out random examination of cutting operations so that fair representation of cutting production can be achieved.

The Purpose and scope of bailing section is to ensure that it meets the buyers standard.All rolls are made on the "A" frame are wrapped in Poly bags and sown in the poly propylene cloth. On the other hand the bails are made by high pressure bailing machines During the last few years Millennium Textiles has constructed a technologically advance warehouse with afloor space of 59000sqft covered area, helping customers to increase flexibility and the ability to serve the ever changing market requirements.
